Corrections

If we've published something factually wrong, please tell us. Email hello@lawnguide.co.uk with "Correction" in the subject line and we'll review and update the article.

We take corrections seriously. Honest correction is part of being a publication worth trusting, and the alternative is publishing wrong information indefinitely.

Product reviews and testing

If you represent a brand and want us to consider a product for review, email hello@lawnguide.co.uk.

A few things to know before you write:

• We can't promise to cover every product sent to us. Our content calendar is planned around what readers are searching for, not what we receive in the post
• Receiving a product for testing does not guarantee a positive review. We've returned products we couldn't recommend, and we'll continue doing so
• We disclose product receipt in any article where it's relevant. This is a hard editorial rule
• We don't accept paid placements, sponsored content, or commission-influenced reviews

We work with major affiliate networks including Awin, Amazon Associates UK, and direct programmes with UK lawn care brands. Our affiliate disclosure is on the disclosure page.

We're happy to comment on UK lawn care, gardening trends, and seasonal issues for journalists working on relevant stories.

Privacy and data

For questions about how we handle data, deletion requests under UK GDPR, or anything else covered by our privacy policy, email hello@lawnguide.co.uk. We respond to all GDPR requests within 30 days.

What we can't help with

We're an editorial publication, not a retailer or service provider. A few things we can't do:

• Personal lawn consultations or in-garden advice (use our content for guidance, or hire a local lawn care professional for hands-on help)
• Customer service for products you've bought from retailers we link to (contact the retailer directly)
• Recommendations for specific products outside what we've reviewed (we only recommend what we know, which is what's covered in our reviews)
• Diagnosing specific lawn problems from photos by email (the diagnostic guides on the site are designed to help you self-diagnose)

For physical correspondence or product samples, email hello@lawnguide.co.uk first to confirm a delivery address. We don't publish a permanent postal address publicly to avoid unsolicited deliveries.
